Every pitcher is different. No one player is the same. I believe in developing a program that fits the player. The individual programs are developed by the coach and player based on feedback given by each individual player. My goal is to help each player achieve his or her specific goal. Watching when the light comes on in a players eyes once they understand and can perform a pitching comcept.
