My process is to understand the hitter, fielder, and or pitcher and help make him or her a more balance player. By making them aware of using techniques I have used through college to than be successful.
I have helped a lot of young hitter find the correct bat path to hitting the ball and staying balance where they than drive it. I've helped a lot of fielder improve by proper footwork. Pitching I help player stay balance and throw strikes.

First I start off by analyzing the student by doing typical drills. Than I break them down and help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've personally played at elite baseball levels all the way through college. I played college baseball at ccsj as a catcher. I'm a current instructor at Dave Griffins Baseball academy.
