What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will meet with them first to discuss their goals & limits. Then, assess their start up measurements (if desired). After this, we will warm up and go through their body maxes (if desired) per basic body movement measurements. Time limited if we would start a warm-up and start their specific light workout. How did you get started teaching?
Been around coaches all my life and has taught me the positive and negative parts of life. There is many ways to win & lose!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained single digit to the early 90 aged clients' that have been an elite professional athlete to a physical challenging person. Now, usually I am working with middle aged post athletic clients that have either desire to continue or to improve their body "tones" everywhere!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of those people that have their own reasons, but need the extra push to bust through barriers
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Learning how to function for advancing proper results is so much better when we locate a BETTER COACH!!!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How and what do they desire to focus on? Is this focusing on what the coach/trainer offering and able to coach/train them to do? Do they really desire to "work" for their results?
