Spec: Introspective Communication Consulting
About
Hello! I'm so excited you're reading this :)
Counterintuitive to modern psychotherapy, I want to hear about the reasons you need help, but more importantly I want to get to the heart of how to address it and empower you to apply lessons immediately for immediate results.
My service stands out as a guided deep dive into introspection and peeling back the layers of bullshit to go from your present state to your desired state in as few sessions as possible.
The sessions are outcome driven, the most one person can sign up for is 3 sessions before an honest evaluation from the client and we evaluate how to progress!
What I enjoy most is the transformation that does not take months and years...it can take a few moments to go from a present state of anxiety and frustration to the desired state of confidence and empowerment.
So much work can be done with open, honest and authentic introspection. I am merely a conduit of the change my clients are capable of and it is my purpose to facilitate these changes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The ideal process is first a phone call to see if we should work together. Second, I will guide exercises where an issue is presented, narrowed down, and tackled piece by piece.
I understand the process might be uncomfortable and I anticipate some level of resistance, but if any change is to come, I emphasize there will be some discomfort.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) certified, run a communication skills meetup, and have hosted several in person workshops around communication and introspection.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, the first phone call is completely free, as we need to establish some level of trust.
Then there is a sliding scale based on need and frequency of coaching.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always been passionate about talking to people but I had major social anxiety. I hated that Google and websites didn't offer much in the way of tactical social skills, so I practiced trial and error until I was over my social anxiety. I started teaching others this to fill the gap I felt.
Once taking the NLP course, I became more invested in coaching introspection and interpersonal skills as the foundation for better and more confident social lives.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with everyone from college students to well seasoned real estate agents. All different ethnicities, backgrounds, ages, income levels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Volunteering at Creative Mornings! It is one of my favorite events that are low key networking with like-minded individuals and learning from someone with a lecture around a global theme.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would invite them to get real with why they are looking for coaching. Coaching and therapy are 100% different. As a coach, I want you to know why you are hiring me to guide you in what I have already done and to be open to exercises and instructions.
The real work of change comes from within.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1. What is your present state in 1 sentence? (reason for needing coaching)
2. What is your desired state in 1 sentence? (ideal outcome from coaching)
3. Are you open to honest self-examination?
