I'm certified in CPR/ AED. Lifeguard waterfront Blood Bourne pathogens Administering Oxygen Swim Instructor American Red Cross Accredited Swimming is one of my favorite passions. I've been a lifeguard for eleven years & counting. Of course helping people branches off to other interests such as becoming a health coach, personal trainer, with a minor in yoga 😁 Note to my students, Swimming is one out of many tools that reduce stress & anxiety. What a way to have fun & learn lifeguarding skills all at once....
