Hey everyone, I’m Coach Lawrie, founder of T.E.A.M 21, where Training, Education, Attitude, and Motivation come together to help athletes reach the next level. I specialize in developing wide receivers, from elementary school all the way to the pros.

Working with me means you’re going to be challenged, supported, and pushed to grow not just as a football player, but as a person. I believe in teaching the game the right way: mastering fundamentals, understanding football IQ, and building confidence through hard work and discipline.

What makes me different is my commitment to detail and development. Every drill has a purpose, every rep is a chance to improve, and every session is built to bring out your best. I’ve trained athletes at every level, and I know what it takes to get there both mentally and physically.
