Kayla’s style of yoga can be explained by mindful movements, paired with time for connection to breath, space for growth, passionate and powerful movements in creative flows. A safe place is provided by her for each students, while making them feel welcome and proud for showing up to take this time for themselves.
As a yoga instructor and guided meditation teacher, my goal is to inspire others to live by their own inner knowledge and strength. I create a safe space for students while using the power of movement paired with the tools, history and philosophy of yoga to help others along their journey of healing and health.
When I lost my job during covid-19, I felt like everything was falling apart and I didn't want to admit it to anyone. I found Kayla and started working with her as my life and mindset coach and suddenly everything changed. I felt like my life was coming all together again. Kayla helped me challenge limiting beliefs and embrace myself.
Kayla listened to all of my problems, worries, and concerns then helped me find ways to not only cope with them, but change the things I actually can control. I am so glad I invested in Kayla as a life coach and meditation coach.
