About
We have created a sports/ personal training lab to achieve our clients goals. We know we have a limited amount of time to get results. Our team works together to help clients achieve the optimal chemistry in their workouts to make changes as quick as possible. This is achieved with appropriate exercise selection, and ideal rest periods. This is hard to achieve in a public gym.
We love helping people get to their goals. We love to hear that people feel increased energy, and quality of movement through training with us! That’s what we are passionate about the most!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we do a consultation, aligning goals and expectations. We go over life patterns and how to optimize. Then we take our new student through a functional movement screen and body fat analysis if requested. Through the gathering of that information we design a personalized program for the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a exercise science degree from KU. I also have several certifications including a NSCA, poliquin picp1-2,and a USAW certification.
