Now, with years of practice under my belt, I see the true benefits of applying this practice of meditation to my life. I have better regulation of my emotions, am generally happier, more focused, and positive. Above all, I am radically present for all those in my life and clear to feel the emotions that accompany any situation. My children and friends have seen and commented on how I am a different person. Daily Prime Light Meditation has fundamentally change how I show up in this life. I have found the control over my mind that all the other meditations had spoken to. I didn’t need to clear my mind at all. I needed to see it free to dream, feel and create the life I was meant to have!

He helped me to see my values and start respect and love myself after my mini stroke I turned to Alex ask for a help with my relationship I felt less than a dirt underneath my nails. 😪 He told me to try to spend more time on staff I like it's will made me love more the time I spend on myself. Alex is amazing! He makes learning how to meditate easy to understand. I was able to ready his book and not feel overwhelmed by the information because while he provides a lot is easy to understand. I have also spent some sessions in Alex's meditation group and it came with such a unexpected experiences, that I can't wait to get back into. I think everybody should try at least one of his sessions or read the book and try it on your own. You'll thank yourself for it.

I went through an intensive training program to be certified to teach what is known as Prime light meditiation. The education gained in the program went very deep into the different brain waves and how they effect our daily lives and routines, journaling exercises and a structure to the practice that bring about results regardless of where you are in the practice of meditating.
