CoachDibbs is an ex-student athlete who played football, and was a Javelin thrower and would also graduate from Eastern Michigan University.
CoachDibbs Fit is a strength and conditioning plan for people that want to live PASSIONATELY. Gameface Fitness is about the whole person, the mind, the body and the attitude. It is a plan for people of all shapes and sizes, from the highly specialized athlete to the long-time physical fitness buff, from the grandmother trying to build up enough strength to pick herself up after a fall to the middle aged mom who is finally making time for herself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Information gathering: Age, School, Sports, Specific Goals, Past Training types and experience.
I will test for measurables: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, Pro Agility, 10-20-40 times, 1mile time, max pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and box jump.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My BS degrees are in Criminology, Sociology, and Exercise Science. Certified Speed and Agility Coach; Personal Training 9yrs; Crossfit Level 1 (March 9th, 2019)
Strength Training, Speed Training, Plyometrics, Balance, Quickness, Olympic Lifts, Cardivascular Training, Confidence Building, Functional Fitness Training, Mobiliy & Flexibly Training.

What types of students have you worked with?
I train kid from ages 6-18, plus a number of my athletes, when on break, they’ll drop in, for a few hard hitting, muscle pumping, get better sessions.
