I have 21 years of dance experience... started at the young age of 3. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I have experience in meditation and would love to share my knowledge. Life coaching is a passion of mine, and although I'm not certified, I am an empath ready to listen and guide you through whatever you're struggling with. All thing spiritual are my passion. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I'd like to meet for coffee to talk about your goals and aspirations. If we click and we feel a connection, we can set up meeting from there. If not, nothing lost, only new friends gained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from NKU and a 200 hr. RYT certification. I have done a lot of research on yoga, spirituality, and personal development. I feel qualified to life coach. I have 21 years of dance experience which allows me to teach flexibility if you are looking to develop that skill.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer to work this out on a personal basis. I don't want to deny services to someone based on cost if I feel we can both grow from the experience.
How did you get started teaching?
It has come naturally for me.... progressing from teaching choreography, to yoga. I'm ready to take the next step and teach full time.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly students who are already knowledgable about yoga and spirituality. I'm ready to expand.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what YOU want! Coaching and teaching is about the student... I can't help you reach your goals if you don't know what they are.
