I have had the privilege of training individuals and groups, men and women for many years. I have competed in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles CA, was under contract with Nike Inc. and completed in the Professional division of the Ironman Triathlon on three occasions. However, some of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had has been training one on one to help others have fuller, happier and healthier lives.
