I absolutely love Michelle’s yoga class. I was having core issues and handling a 30lb toddler was taking a tole, after beginning this I do no have the pain I was experiencing prior to this. I tried to do spin and though I enjoy that right now the relaxing nature and gentleness her classes offer, it is exactly what my life needs. Thank you for the active breath of air I needed Michelle! I wish I had more availability to attend additional classes!
Chelle takes her time with clients to make sure they understand the mechanics of the body, and how to move correctly within your skill level. She makes learning fun! I have enjoyed taking yoga with her for several years now and this past year I started training on the Pilates Reformer and my posture and strength has improved .
