Watching people transform not only their physical body but their mind and spirit brings me much joy! I find it amazing what a person can accomplish when they put their mind to it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our typical process is a consult and assessment to put together a program that fits our clients needs, with their goals in mind.
The programs we design are not once size fits all and range from private sessions in mat yoga and pilates, to therapy and mobility training using the STOTT pilates reformer method, Personal Training Coaching, and meditation and Cognitive Behavior Training.
We want to meet you on your current journey and help you grow from there. It is important that we keep you safe and within your sill level for the best results without injury.

AFAA, ACE NASM, NETA Group Fitness and Personal Training, Pilates Reformer STOTT/NETA, meditation and CBT Cognitive Behavior Therapy

We have pricing options and packages available according to your interests, skills, and goals.
We recommend our initial consult and assessment. After that I put plan of action together regarding specific therapy or training methods to meet the needs of your wellness journey. This can include class strategy, therapy or training.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in gyms and fitness facilities in 2009 after a back injury. I started with yoga and Pilates. Since that time, my business has grown into my own health and wellness practic serving individuals, groups, corporate facilities, and more.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many ages and skill levels over the years. I have created school programs, worked with athletes, the injured and the general physical fit as well as organizations that benefit the disabled.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Breast Cancer Benefits fund raisers to benefit cancer research, working with Verterans programs.
I've worked with both agencies over the past three to four years and absolutely love it!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be willing to have an initial consult, getting to know each other. That's where yu can ask about certifications, how long they've been instruction. What they offer and how it can benefit you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
First of all, it takes commitment, Figure out if your ready to start on your health and wellness journey. If your mind is ready, it means your ready to take action.
Search for a committed certified instructor that has your best interest at heart.
Attend consultations so you can get to know your instructor and they can get to know you.
