we first introduce our selves to our clients to open up dialog as to any questions and concerns that the client may have. we then immediately address those questions,begin the process of building our program to tailor our program to their needs and then begin to act out our goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience as a certified personal trainer and former collegiate Football Player.
