Katalyst Coaching

I have an equine based coaching program. All exercises are on the ground, and no horse experience is necessary. The horses respond to subtle energetic shifts that we make constantly in life. Their cues aid my coaching to go deeper into the clients core and create sustainable results.

I love my work. Everyday is a different day and I am constantly reminded to trust the process of life, coaching, and the horses. I am also constantly inspired by my clients and their successes.
