What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will explore with a few questions regarding your life situation, emotional world, and meditation practice if you have experience. Then I will provide customized meditation instruction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Mediation Instructor of 15 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is available on my website, and I have sliding scale based on income, if needed.
How did you get started teaching?
