I am a trauma Informed Meditation Instructor. It's important to know that almost everyone is or has been a work in progress. Although I am on my own journey, I use my experiences to help teach others to find the true power within themselves. I am not the traditional teacher. I use my life experiences and trainings to help coach and guide my students. I am here to teach you how to use your body as best you can without feeling the need to be perfect. No two people are the same and I fully understand that. Let's see if I can help you with your stress management.
I am a Yoga and meditation instructor. My general focus is meditation for relaxation and are focused on grounding and breath control. I would love to learn how we can work together. I offer customized meditation classes or a series focused on the chakra and proper diets. Included participants will begin with a 30 minute meditation and breath work practice and 30 minutes of dietary cleanses per each chakra. Attendants will receive tea blends as well.
