About
Coaching is my life and passion. I enjoy discovering the progress clients make with their goals, and the excitement in their actions, and truly believe everyone has greatness within them. Encouragement is a big part of what I do - exploring the creative voice of the client into moveable actions is how I stand apart from others in this humanitarian modality.
I enjoy meeting with clients when possible (or remotely in video sessions), and noticing the change in their behavior when discoveries are made in our collaborations and conversations. Hearing the musicality in their voice when goal structure is created and a heightened sense of self, responsibility, potential, and meaning emerges from within the person and the details of the action plan that we co-create.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a discovery call to get acquainted with a potential student/client so we can discuss and riff about what is going on in their lives, and build some common ground about working together. From there, we can set up a doable schedule that works for you and set some expectations for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)
- Certified Professional Coach (CPC)
- Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Sessions are typically paid for monthly (per session coaching fees can also be arranged, if that is simpler for the client). A series of sessions can also be prepaid if desired and is easier for you upfront.
How did you get started teaching?
This is a long story that I am proud of, and would certainly give details should the client feel it's important to them. Ultimately, I found myself at a crossroads and coaching was on the other side of that decision. Coaching, mentoring, consulting, and life management is one of those roads that are long and windy. It's a good idea to have a great compass!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with clients who need changes in their life. How you do anything is how you do everything, and sometimes those things are no longer working for you.
I have regularly worked with those seeking to:
- Career change/pivot
- Dating & Relationships (expectations, fulfilment
- You are Single - and it's absolutely OK
- Couples Coaching (relationships, personal/business)
- Creative Expression (musicians, artists, writers)
- General Health & Wellbeing (ketogenic and lifestyle changes, Intermittent Fasting (OMAD, extended Fasting for health), Carnivore and LCHF
- Goals: positive change, habits, healthy routines
- Recreational Coaching (finding meaning in new things: hobbies, activities, adventurism, discovering insightful interests).
The common denominator has typically been with the relationship the individual has with themselves and the things they desire to make better. After a discovery call, it becomes quite clear to the client the magnitude and potential they have to make quality changes to their life. I am absolutely confident that I can assist in that regard.
