How did you get started teaching?
I was once a competitive athlete in various disciplines while working as an EMT but I decided in pursue a different route to help other. I started as a strength and conditioning coach for my fighters. Now I have evolved into a trainer that emphasizes training to the individuals needs, new and elite a like.
What types of students have you worked with?
People that want to get stronger, body toning, athletes that want better in their sport, emergency personnel to pass their physical, military personnel pre and post entry

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Sometimes progress can be slow, sometimes it can be fast. All depends what your goals are amd how much time and effort you can put into it.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Mentally, you have be prepared for the change/ improvement.
