We offer toning and cardio classes as well as individual and group coaching classes. Our goal is to help you achieve your own fitness level. We want to help you feel great, empowered, and confident about yourself! We do this by working hard and having fun!  We aim to expand your fitness knowledge and help you lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

We also hope to teach you a new awareness of your body positioning and alignment and discover your own capability to push yourself to new limits. Our classes are designed to take you to your own level of fitness.

We ask students to come to the studio 10 minutes before class for a short orientation and assessment.
