For 20 years, Forever an Athlete Training has been helping people achieve their goals in building strength, shedding fat, enhancing mobility, and improving their nutrition with healing foods. Our approach blends daily mobility, strength and balance techniques, nutrient timing, mind-body integration, and strategies for health preservation. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assess client's goals
Perform a Functional Movement Screen of key movement patterns
Build a personalized program that targets strength, efficient movement, mobility, yoga, breathing, and other elements, such as having fun!
Advanced sessions will increase the intensity and specificity of the training, as well as add yoga, nutritient timing, breathing, and more technical movements
Advanced sessions will analyse and then make recomendations for the client's nutritional intake to increase overall health, improve muscle tissue and enhace fat loss

BA - Biology and Environmental Science

CPR Instructor Cert, ISSA Cert
20+ years in fitness studios and schools, working with clients of all ages
10+ years in physical therapy clinic as sports performance specialist

$100 per session for package of 3 sessions
$95 per session for package of 5 sessions
$90 per session package of 10 sessions
How did you get started teaching?
I first started working with executive athletes, including people who wanted to get stronger and lose weight for hiking or ski trips. I then worked with HS and College athletes for many years, specifically on movement and lifting techniques and how to safely gain muscle. Now I work with clients from a variety of age ranges, all that matters is an interest in getting strong, healthy, and moving better!
What types of students have you worked with?
Anyone from age 12 to 70 who wants to improve their health.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am proud to have worked with 100's of people through the years. My knowledge in strength, mobility, fitness, nutrition, and health preservation has helped these folks during our sessions, and they are equipped with the knowledge to stay healthy for years to come!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure to hire someone who has both the expertise and the passion for health and fitness.
