For 20 years, Forever an Athlete Training has been helping people achieve their goals in building strength, shedding fat, enhancing mobility, and improving their nutrition with healing foods. Our approach blends daily mobility, strength and balance techniques, nutrient timing, mind-body integration, and strategies for health preservation. The result: a functionally strong; physically and mentally resilient; energized life which enhances the mind-body connection!     Build a personalized program that targets strength, efficient movement, mobility, yoga, breathing, and other elements, such as having fun!

    Advanced sessions will increase the intensity and specificity of the training, as well as add yoga, nutritient timing, breathing, and more technical movements

    Advanced sessions will analyse and then make recomendations for the client's nutritional intake to increase overall health, improve muscle tissue and enhace fat loss

    $100 per session for package of 3 sessions

    $95 per session for package of 5 sessions

    $90 per session package of 10 sessions

    I first started working with executive athletes, including people who wanted to get stronger and lose weight for hiking or ski trips. I then worked with HS and College athletes for many years, specifically on movement and lifting techniques and how to safely gain muscle. Now I work with clients from a variety of age ranges, all that matters is an interest in getting strong, healthy, and moving better!

    Anyone from age 12 to 70 who wants to improve their health. 

    I am proud to have worked with 100's of people through the years. My knowledge in strength, mobility, fitness, nutrition, and health preservation has helped these folks during our sessions, and they are equipped with the knowledge to stay healthy for years to come!
