Josh is the founder of Josh Morin Personal Training. He grew up in Maine and has been involved in the health and fitness industry for the last 10 years. His motivation for fitness has enabled him to excel in the fitness industry and delivering results for his clients.
Josh has a diverse background between working in Massechussettes and Florida. He has experience training athletes from youth to pro level, recently the last three years with the general health & fitness clientele. Through his experience and education, Josh uses science based evidence to conduct his training programs.

How did you get started teaching?
I grew up around fitness my whole life. Father was into fitness, godfather played in the NFL then started his own Personal Training gym, my brother and 2 other uncles are personal trainers as well. I was hooked from a young age and my whole life is health and fitness
