I had a really great experience working with Chavi. I went to her with chronic knee pain 8 months ago and have seen major improvements. I particularly like how knowledgable she was about using proper form, and how certain motions were contributing to my pain. Just in the first session she was able to fix my squat and lunge techniques. In addition to offering several exercises, I liked how she incorporated other factors such as diet, flexibility, core strength and mental health. After a 2 months of following her advice, my knees have are healthy and pain-free!
