Every client is different, but my goal is the same for everyone..to help you create the healthiest version of YOU
George works with my abilities and disabilities to give me a regular workout. He teaches me things i can do on my own. He has always worked with my crazy schedule as well.
I have been training with George for the past 5 months now and he has pushed me past my limited and helped me achieve my goals. He is extremely driven and upbeat which helps motivate me through the work out. Within the first few months he got me from 7 push-ups to almost 40 in a minutes time. Definitely recommend him and workout ethics!
I have been working with George for the past few years. He is a very caring, knowledgeable, and conscientious trainer who has helped me develop my strength, endurance, and confidence in my physical appearance. Over the past 10 years I have worked with several trainers and George is the best by far. I would never work with anybody but him highly recommend him as a trainer.
