Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Everyone is different, I don't have any pre-set programs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years studying exercise and nutrition.5 years in fitness professionally.Suffered from body image dysmorphia and anorexia nervosa as a young teenager. Discovered my passion for health and wellness while learning how to properly care for my body and maintaining a healthy balance, not becoming obsessed with the process. This is a process I've personally mastered and wish to share with whoever needs my kind of expertise.I look forward to hearing from you and learning your story.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, price per hour is set, only variable being transportation costs which are minimal.
What types of students have you worked with?
Diabetics, Blood Pressure/Heart Complications
Recovering from surgery, injuries, recent PT
Body Image Disorders
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Client Jeff Rubino CRUSHED his Police PT Exam with 12:10 1.5 mile run...reduced from 19:30 in 3 months...Proud of you, man!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone you connect well with, feel comfortable with, and shows genuine interest in your case. You are practically guaranteed to fail if you chase a long resume, rather than a coach who glows with passion and makes you feel confident 100% of the time they're with you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Where do I need to be progressively in 3 months, 6 months, or a year from now to make the best of this time and investment in myself?
