About
Providing client-oriented education & training in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Meditation to health conscious people interested in self-care investments that strengthen the immune system, improve balance (physical, mental, emotional), and enhance overall quality-of-life.
While I enjoy many aspects of the work I do, the top 3 I enjoy the most are:
1. When a student achieves the goals they have set for themselves using the healing arts we share with everyone
2. When students express a new found level of calmness, peace and relaxation
3. When students feel their qi (chi) or life force energy for the first time. It's like watching a child opening a gift they have longed for.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Talk on the phone with the new student about what they hope to achieve through tai chi / qigong / Meditation classes to insure their expectations can be reasonably met.
If it is a group of 5 or more, offer a free demonstration class at their location. If less than 5 people, offer a free trial class at one of our many locations.
Share with them the history, basic principles and key benefits of the healing arts.
If student(s) are joining an existing class, introduce them to the class and have the class introduce themselves to the new students. Work out a transition plan to get the new students up to speed with the existing class.
