I have launched many musicians who play their favorite songs with friends, play in local bands, and got accepted into local Academies. I am a real teacher. I have worked as a counselor for 15 years, and as a teacher's aide for 3 years. I have performed in many different styles; solo acoustic, country, blues, r&b, classic rock, and swing jazz. I focus on the simplicity in giving the student what they need to play something and understand it, and don't give them what they don't need. I like to see what is the next step for a student in their development and see them light up when they get it going....
