About
My technique is a bit different than your average fitness coach. I like to dive into all aspects of health and wellness to assure we are hitting every aspect of overall health. I am much more hands on that most, working very closely with each clients to assure we come up with a plan that works best for you, your needs, and your goals. I do not believe in quick fixes I practice a very safe and manageable approach to health and fitness. I believe in giving knowledge and tools to my clients for life long changes.
I love making a positive impact on the clients i work with. Seeing their habits, bodies, and confidence change is an extremely rewarding thing. I love working closely with each client and being apart of their journey!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask questions! It breaks my heart to see fitness profecianals take on clients then make their conditions worse. It can seem like they are taking the right aproach in the begining but in the end do more damage.
Do not work with someone who is going to put you on a diet of 1200-1500 calories and suggest training 5+ days a week from the start. These are unsafe practices in my opinion, no matter how motivated you are in the begining it is not sustainable for most people!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I feel before going reaching out to a coach you really need to ask yourself why?
Are you just doing this because the doctor recomended it to you? Or are you really ready to make a life long change so you can ultimately feel better in your day to day life and take control of your overall wellbeing.
At the end of the day motivation is going to fade and there are going to be days where you are not going to want to workout or eat right. That is when mind over matter needs to come in. Determination over motivation, if you are not truly doing it for yourself then chances are you might not be ready to make this change/ commitment.
