Divine Heart Center

Founded in 2008, Divine Heart Center, based in Sudbury, Massachusetts, prepares individuals to face life's challenges with equanimity. The center offers a variety of mindfulness training, including meditation coaching, yoga, and tai chi classes. Rooted in Eastern traditions and assimilated into Western culture, Divine Heart Center's unique approach incorporates Reiki Raja Yoga for self-healing and self-realization.
