Soul.Train. is a privately owned dual level personal training and group exercise fitness studio. We offer an array of different fitness services including private one on one training, small group training, and group exercise classes such as Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Bootcamp, Boxing, Interval Circuit and Kettlebells. Imagine blending a high-end yoga studio (street level) and Crossfit-type facility (lower level)- this is soul.train. A Mind and Body Fitness Studio. Our unique fitness philosophy enables us to touch on all aspects of fitness in a variety of fun and dynamic ways. Our training style, atmosphere, and facility separate us from other fitness studios, but it’s our dedication to our clients and our creativity that really set us apart.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We provide a complimentary fitness consultation to those interested in personal training with us. During this consultation we will go over all of your fitness goals and needs and together will figure the most fun and efficient way to approach your program with us. You will be working out!
For those interested in our group class service we offer your first class free so you can try us out before committing!

We use a package system where the more sessions or classes you buy the cheaper each individual one becomes!

Always had a passion for fitness. I've been involved in the industry for 21 years.

All ages, types, and levels. Athletes to senior citizens and everyone in between.
