About

I’m a Motor Preference Experts trained baseball and softball instructor who trains players according to how their body is naturally wired to move. Most instruction forces kids into someone else’s mechanics. I don’t do that. I use science-backed motor preference assessment to identify the athlete’s natural movement patterns, then build their swing, throwing pattern, footwork, and training plan around their wiring, not a template.

The result? Faster progress, fewer wasted reps, and athletes who finally feel like the game “clicks” again.

I coach because I believe every player deserves instruction that respects who they are, not who someone else wants them to be. My job isn’t to take credit for their success. It is to give them the tools, clarity, and confidence to take ownership of their game and eventually train independently. If you want instruction that’s individualized, thorough, and actually works, this is where you’ll get it.

Jack is the first coach who actually put the time in to know who our son is before he gave any instruction. The results were immediate. Highly recommend.

    Frequently asked questions

I start with a Motor Preference assessment to understand how the athlete’s body naturally organizes movement. From there, I build individualized drills, cues, and training strategies that match their wiring. Our sessions combine meaningful conversation with targeted movement work so the athlete not only improves but understands the “why” behind every adjustment. They also leave with a personal profile report with specific drills they can practice at home.
I’m certified as a Motor Preference Expert and have twelve years of coaching experience at the high school, travel, and college levels. My instruction is rooted in science, not guesswork. I continue to study movement patterns deeply so every athlete receives individualized, evidence-based training.
I offer Motor Preference Assessments and individualized training sessions. Assessments are $225 and come with a personal profile al profile report, a digital blueprint for you to keep that has everything you need to know about your athlete: - Pitching/throwing cues - hitting cues - conditioning guidelines And much more…all individualized to your profile. I also offer training sessions to help the athlete better understand how they move and how they can train with purpose in their own.
I couldn’t stay away from the game. Coaching grew from helping athletes who were frustrated with generic instruction and needed a system that respected their natural movement. Once I discovered motor preferences, I realized I could offer players something uniquely effective and I’ve been committed ever since.
I’ve worked with athletes from beginners to college prospects, hitters, pitchers, catchers, and multi-sport players looking to unlock better movement. Motor preference work benefits every skill level because it eliminates the guesswork and gives athletes a clear identity in their mechanics.
Any time a player realizes that their improvement came from their own effort, not mine. My goal is to guide players toward autonomy where they understand their movement patterns, make adjustments confidently, and take full ownership of their training. Watching an athlete break through, trust their natural wiring, and succeed without relying on constant instruction is my favorite part of coaching.
Choose someone who can explain why you move the way you do, not just how they think you should move. If a coach can’t tailor instruction to your natural mechanics, you’re gambling with your development. Work with someone who individualizes everything and communicates clearly. If that resonates, I’m a strong fit.
What part of your game feels inconsistent or unnatural? Do you feel like previous instruction fit your style, or did it feel forced? Are you looking for quick fixes or long-term, sustainable progress? Are you willing to learn why your body prefers certain movements so you can train more independently? Understanding these helps us get to the root of your movement patterns faster.
