Baseball is a mental game and for that matter your mental health plays a part in everything we do. Mental Health and sports are what I specialize in. I have a very exstensive background when it comes to both. My name is Jason Richards. I am a former college baseball player and I have a degree in Health Education. Baseball is my specialty but I do work with other athletes in other sports. I was very sucsessful in college playing baseball. I also can help on the mental health side when it comes to confidence in the game.
