I have worked with all age groups including children, teens, adults and seniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I teach community classes at Shrewsbury Public Library and am delighted to see people trying out yoga for the very 1st time. It is a rewarding experience to see and to be able to hear them say that I can do "this "or I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of class. Most also sleep very well after yoga and Meditation classes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Call the yoga teacher and talk with them. Then, try a class or two to understand whether it is for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should be transparent about their needs and medical conditions so the teacher can gear them correctly through the classes.
