About this pro

My service is different because it is player driven. I try to correct those things that will reduce your success ehan you play with others. I converse with the player to determine why and how we can succeed.

I also beleive that we must build confidence in each player, so they need positive reninforcement, and strong demonstration.

I enjoy watching a player grow to become critical player for their team. When they blossom to do things on the court that excite them, and make them mentally stronger as a player. Lastly, seeing a player become a leader and vocal with their team mates and willing to hold themselves and others accountable.

My son has progress so well under the training with Domination. Coach Clay experience and willingness to work with my child was priceless. He was patience and explained things on my child's level. He had awesome drills and teaches strong fundamental skills. My son now plays point guard position on his team, and they look for him to be an offensive contributor. I recommend Coach Clay to any parent and player that wants to improve and grow as a player. One last thing, Coach Clay is a great communicator with kids, and uses positive words to influence all the kids he trains.
