About

My service is different because it is player driven. I try to correct those things that will reduce your success ehan you play with others. I converse with the player to determine why and how we can succeed.

I also beleive that we must build confidence in each player, so they need positive reninforcement, and strong demonstration.

I enjoy watching a player grow to become critical player for their team. When they blossom to do things on the court that excite them, and make them mentally stronger as a player. Lastly, seeing a player become a leader and vocal with their team mates and willing to hold themselves and others accountable.

next ball handling drills to improve a players strength and confidence handling the ball. 

Next shooting drills to improve accuracy and distance. 

Next specfic drills for players goals such as: rebounding, passing, defense, foot work, etc. 

In college I took a Athletics leadership course on one on one development of a athlete and team building.

Attended several coaching and basketball training workshops online and in the class room.

Attended Coach wooten coaching clinic and Coach Krzyzewski coach program which included individual prayer development.
