Educating. Knowledge is power. Its one thing to display an exercise or movement. Its another thing to explain the reasoning behind it and why said exercise or movement is benificial. Our goal is to make you not need us anymore by instilling applicable knowledge.

    Day 1 consists of establishing your goals, managing your expectations, discussing your nutrition, and establishing your physical and cognitive baselines. Your training plan is curated from this information. 

    Ensure they are passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to admit their faults.

    "Why do you do what you do?" Make sure you ask it over the phone or in person. Analyze thier voice. If they sound like anything other than passionate, move on to the next trainer.
