We meet 3 days of week for challenging, engaging, and fun workouts that help us build new skills within basketball and outside of basketball. Each exercise we do helps us work on a key component that goes into reaching our individual goals. I have really enjoyed working this summer and am so excited to continue!

At the beginning of training coach Ty asked what my goals were, after I told him that I wanted to jump higher, shoot better, and dribble better he helped me and focused on what I needed to improve. I really enjoy training with coach Ty because he helps achieve goals and makes you work hard.
