About this pro

After playing college ball at Syracuse University, I have developed wide receivers for the previous 10 years. I have trained student athletes who were limited in their skill level, all the way to receivers thriving at the Power 5 level. In 2020, I decided to take my love of education and sport to start 2Feet In, Consulting where we focus on the whole student athlete. The aim of 2Feet In is to ensure student athletes are prepared to thrive both academically and athletically at the collegiate level by preparing them while in high school. 2Feet In will guide the holisitic development of the student athlete, empowering them with the knowledge and well-rounded experiences to ensure continued progress on their path to success.

With my work, I get to invest in student athletes and their support system by elevating and building the community through education and sport.

Working with coach Lavar is a experience like no other. He is all about the details which a lot of coaches aren’t. Yeah everyone can come up with fancy drill but coach Lavar focuses on stuff I will be able to use in my career and in games. He’s turns his players into technicians and gets us ready for the next level. Another thing I like I about training with coach Lavar he teaches me the game. My IQ of the game has gone up expeditiously since training with coach Lavar. Also another important thing about training with coach Lavar it’s not just about football it’s about helping you become a man as well. He’s not just a awesome football coach but a good father figure and mentor to have around your kids!

Coach is great guy all around. Coaching style is very smooth and effective. He can relate to players coming from playing at top level of college ball. Trust me, he’s a guy that knows what he’s talking about.

Coach expected excellence and it pushed me to up my game tremendously. Made me realize I could have a shot at doing this thing for real.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When working with a new student athlete, I always begin with skills evaluation. We work to see where they are developmentally and then tailor their sessions to build on their foundation.
