My name is Kendall Gaskins. I am a retired 5 year NFL running back. I played for the Buffalo Bills, New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers.
I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential. I specialize in football as well as personal training. I have the ability to work with children and adults.
I focus not only on physical growth but challenging my athletes to grow mentally and emotionally too. I use a combination of science and curriculum based content to curate workouts to best match my clients needs. I focus on progress and process rather than results.
