As a 62 yr old male, II have been a client since I turned 58. The sessions are great working on my flexibility, strength and balance.
The coaches have always been extremely helpful with teaching tumbling. They make sure that they are not only teaching you new skills, but how to do them with the proper technique. I’ve been attending Prime Time Tumbling for many years, and it’s the best tumbling instruction I’ve ever recieved.
I am 48 years old, and I joined the adult tumbling class 4 years ago. Now I'm able to do things I wasn't even able to do as a teenager! I owe a lot of that to the genuine, caring, and excellent instructions by the coaches of Primetime. I hope to continue to do this for many years to come. They are the right people to train with.
Primetime Tumbling is perfect in so many ways! The atmosphere is so positive and the coaches are very experienced. Primetime has become a home away from home for me, and the coaches are like a second family who have been there for me no matter what both in and out of the gym. They continue to push me to be the best I can be and have a genuine love for their students that is expressed openly and consistently. Joining Primetime Tumbling was definitely one of the best decisions of my life.

Always do your homework and research whomever may be instructing you or your child. This applies very strongly to any type of gymnastic based instruction where teachers must not only have knowledge, but also training for proper spotting and safety protocol.
