What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An intial consultation consists of learning more about the new students needs and abilities. For basketball, the new student's skill ability is assessed to determine what areas need improvement. For fitness, a movement evaluation combined with a questionnaire and conversations with new student will help determine what path to take to get the student the results they desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For fitness Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. For basketball multiple years of coaching experience at the youth level.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been a fitness addict all my life. When I had a chance to work in a gym in 2002 I feel in love with teaching students about fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with students of all ages, occupations and fitness levels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, a patient hired me to help deal with severe hip pain. Within 6 weeks I was able to completely fix the problem. Now the patient is exercising vigorously and losing weight.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask for a consult with the teacher so that a clear line of communication is established.
