aUM Yoga and Polarity, founded in 2013 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, are both women-owned businesses focusing on wellness and community. aUM Yoga, located on the University of Michigan's central campus, has been voted Ann Arbor's best yoga studio four times, offering a variety of classes and a 200-hour teacher training program. Polarity, home to the Michigan Pole Dance Society, provides a unique blend of pole fitness classes and is also a sought-after event space.
