Fitness For You can tailor a fitness program that works for you. Whether you're looking to gain strength, muscle, flexibility, reduce stress, improve health, improve sleep or just make your overall life better we have the right fitness routine for you.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for 30 years. I have a background in exercise science, kinesiology, sport psychology and overall body movements. I specialize in weightlifting and yoga for every one of all ages and size.
I currently live in Jackson Michigan where I teach kettlebell, body pump and yoga at the local YMCA.
I love being able to bring the joy and benefits of exercise to my community. Exercise change chage our lives and bring benefits for our body, mind and soul. When people are excited, dedicated and open to it the results they see are amazing and I love to be poart of that journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with a free consultation over the phone and then face to face at the clients convenience.
We will discuss current phase of life, lifestyle ,health and fitness goals and set up a specialized program to address the clients wishes.
