Welcome Gigi Yoga Website! My name is Zsuzsa Erdi (owner). I did my first yoga teacher training in Budapest, Hungary, Winter & Spring 2014. The second yoga teacher training was in Fall 2014 at Intentional Yoga, Portage MI. I am certified yoga instructor RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance..Biography:It was a decade ago I had my first yoga class in Budapest, Hungary. I still remember I felt so relaxed, balanced had the still mind. I was practicing often. I started to learn about my body and mind connection. The first experience was that union between my life and yoga practice. Yoga become the primary exercise. Life long practice became a daily habit since 2001. This journey starts each time landing on my mat. Moved from Budapest, Hungary to Kalamazoo, MI. I earned my Bachelor in Film Communication, 2007, (WMU), and my Master in Arts Management at 2011, (EMU). Moving around finding the best yoga studio was very important. Lived in Ann Arbor/Boston/ Budapest /Kalamazoo . As a yoga teacher you realize that the practice is very important to stay on top of your own emotional, physical, and mental well- being.
