Calm Accelerator, LLC
About
I offer integral healing approach to meeting client's health and wellness goals, involving all 3 aspect of human life:
body + breath + mind
I specialize in today's most widespread malaise: ANXIETY and the cascade of problems connected to it (stress, fear, depression, inflammation).
Working within the framework of Calm Accelerator, LLC, a client learns a lot about themselves, their nature, their personal propensity toward imbalance and how to manage it wisely and with joy. It is, in effect, a process of reconnaisance with oneself, that leads to not just better health, but greater confidence, joy and freedom.
I want all people to be free, it brings me great satisfaction to empower my clients to live with greater freedom from PAIN.
I know what I am doing, as I was my own very first client. Having healed my own life long chronic autoimmune disorder (it manifested as inflammation resulting in horrible eczema) using natural tools of yoga, breath work, ayurveda and meditation, I know my method works! And I hope to share it with you to help facilitate your own healing.
