What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start with finding out what their fitness goals are short term and long term. Than I give a short assessment to assess fitness level and program design. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a certified nutritionist. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

That will be discussed in person after the first session. 

How did you get started teaching?

I have been active since high school always enjoyed working out and exercising. People always would ask me questions about exercise and nutrition so I decided to become certified so I can assist people in their fitness journey. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone live a happier and healthier life. 

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with and have worked with all different age groups ranging all the way from 9-75 yeas of age.
