Completely changed my outlook on life! I've never learned so much from a trainer. His lessons on diet and exercise have stuck with me years later and I'm in the best shape of my life! I couldn't be happier with the way he pushed me to better myself!

Do your homework, there are many unqualified trainers in the industry, ask for before and after photos, nutrition programs, certifcations and how many years expereince.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Be clear and consice to what your goals are, don't go to a football coach to learn yoga - be very specific when hiring your personal trainer.
