What is your typical process for working with a new student?
You would go to the website warriorteams.com scroll down until you see a web form, "Get Started Here" fill that out, and watch your e-mail for an e-mail asking you to fill out a questionnaire and submit a before pic. Once the web form is filled out and submitted, we send you a breakdown of the process and pricing. If you're okay with everything and you choose a term you'd like, we send you a food preference sheet so you can pick all of the foods you'd like to see on your diet. Then we send you an invoice. Once you've paid that we put everything together and e-mail it to. Also have a one on one phone consultation for any particular concerns you may have or just to get to know more about you.

We have lots of programs, it's easier to get an idea what you're looking for and give you pricing based around that. Plus we have various discounts for different things.
How did you get started teaching?
I have 3 top ten national fitness competition placings. Fitness and nutrition has always been a hobby and lifestyle of mine so I decided to teach others.
I found many of my clients also had stress from various things in life, which triggers a stress hormone called cortisol, which is a fat storing hormone. This problem was preventing clients from their weightloss goals so I decided to try to help clients further by taking the life coaching course, which has helped quite a bit.
