My lessons are customized to every student. I have been teaching for 20 years. My education includes Vocal Music Education and Masters in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University. I include all elements of music in my lessons to make it more interactive and interesting. An hour of my lesson feels like 10 minutes :)

I am a transracial adoptee that has been playing the piano, composing and singing for over thirty years. I am a vocal jazz tenor but have been trained in multiple music genres. I compose symphonic arrangements in my free time and also dabble in electronic music. I was featured in the book “In Sunlight Or In Shadow” by Karen Wilhem, for my jazz rendition of Danny Boy and have played at the Scarab Club, the Rooster Tail, Von Maur and many other upscale venues. I am a performer at heart and seek to teach my art to future generations of gifted musicians.
