We achieve fitness goals though Pole Dance and Aerial Fitness. We are a small group personal training program that uses traditional training techniques mixed with Pole Dance, Circus Arts and/or Aerial Yoga to create a fun and challenging workout. We offer a welcoming environment that makes people of all ages, sizes & fitness levels feel comfortable working towrads common goals.
