Pat Balder is an exceptional singing teacher. His training and background see him combining the best parts of traditional and contemporary vocal practice. He has built his own approach, merging parts of other disciplines such as SLS, Estil, Opera and more. Even online he has been able to work bringing my voice to a level at which I am thrilled - I've found the voice I always wanted. Pat has a great ear for hearing the parts of your voice that need refining, and even online he notices subtle physical nuances. He's also an amazing singer who can do almost any style. And he's a kind-hearted, charming guy. I couldn't recommend him more!

If you are serious about improving as a violinist/musician, I can't think of anyone more qualified than Mr. Han-Gorski. He is a man of great wisdom and life experience with a resume few could match, who studied closely with Jascha Heifetz, toured the world as a soloist, and also led many world-class symphonies as concertmaster. He understands music and the violin in a way few do being directly linked to the 19th century violin giants: Wieniawski, Vieuxtemps, and Joachim. He will challenge you to play your very best and then demand even more from you. You will find yourself significantly raising your standards in practicing, listening more closely to your own playing, learning how to analyze and interpret music, and develop a solid technique in service of the music. The teacher you choose to study with will have a tremendous impact on your practicing, performing, musicianship, and life. I once had a teacher who attended Curtis and Juilliard, and I've learned more about music and playing the violin in a few lessons with Mr. Han-Gorski than studying for a year with this other teacher. Mr. Han-Gorski will not only help you to improve as a violinist, but he will show you how to think and understand music so you can take what you learn and apply it. No matter if you are a beginner or professional, he will show you the way to mastery and true musicianship.
