He is a man of great wisdom and life experience with a resume few could match, who studied closely with Jascha Heifetz, toured the world as a soloist, and also led many world-class symphonies as concertmaster. He understands music and the violin in a way few do being directly linked to the 19th century violin giants: Wieniawski, Vieuxtemps, and Joachim. He will challenge you to play your very best and then demand even more from you. You will find yourself significantly raising your standards in practicing, listening more closely to your own playing, learning how to analyze and interpret music, and develop a solid technique in service of the music.
